Birthday Party

Book your child's BIRTHDAY PARTY with us:

Here is a sample schedule:

15-minute welcome and instruction/safety brief
1-hour of gymnastics time with our trained coach (children will get to participate in various circuits and play games)
45-minute room use for cake, snacks and presents (you are welcome to bring any decorations as well as food/drinks)

Let us take on the hassle of planning games and activities for the kids! Our parties start with a table activity (colouring/maze/word search) in the event room.

Parties can be customized to fit any theme.

Pinatas are welcome in our event room.

Other activities can be facilitated by us at an additional cost, like crafts, science fun, or other party games (pin the __on the __, BINGO, musical chairs, and MORE). The possibilities are endless!!!

The price is based on how many children are participating in the 1-hour of gymnastics. The number includes party guests and any siblings that will be participating on the equipment:

up to 8 children (all ages) $200
9 - 12 children (under 5 years old) $250

*An adult supervisor is required to stay for the duration of the event

The full balance is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cartwheel Academy requires 2 weeks' notice if you wish to cancel and be provided with a full refund. If less than 2 weeks are provided, no refund will be provided, but we will do our best to rebook your party.
