Please try to arrive 5 minutes early for class, so your child doesn't feel rushed.
Have your child wait with you in the seating area until the coach calls them to the floor.
Bring a reusable water bottle for your child, and please make sure it is clearly labelled with their name.
Gymnasts are to wear:
leotard or fitted shorts & t-shirt (no baggy clothing, no clothing with zipper/buttons, & no skirts/tutu's)
must have long hair tied back
NO jewelry (rings, necklaces, bracelets) *unless the child wears a medical alert*

Let your little one explore what their body can do in a safe & engaging environment. This is a child led adventure, but a certified gymnastics coach will be on the floor at all times to promote safety, learning, and FUN!
Each child must be accompanied by a designated parent/guardian in the gym. Children must be within arms reach at all times during class.
3.5 - 5 years
Support your child's growth & development in our Kinder Gym class. This class is designed for children ready to participate independently. The focus is on developing school readiness tasks like turn-taking, listening & following directions while being introduced to basic gymnastics skills.
*3.5 and 4 year olds who still require support following along with a structured class are strongly encouraged to register in our Tumble Tots classes.

This is our first level preschool NINJA class. The perfect space for minis to explore and learn. Each week will follow a fun, themed class structure with stations and obstacles. Every class, they will build on their locomotor, rolling, hanging, and jumping skills.
This is our entry level NINJA class. This fun, focused hour of awesomeness covers the basics of flipping, swinging, running, and rolling. In each class kids will conquer fun challenges and even attempt "THE GAME". Target skills include safety rolls & falls, training handstands & cartwheels, basic bar hangs & swings, obstacle course & agility training)!
18 months - 4 years
This class is geared toward channelling your child's energy in fun-filled ways with an entertaining mix of basic gymnastics, circuits, and games. We will focus on encouraging socialization while building coordination & fundamental movement skills.
Each child must be accompanied by a designated parent/guardian in the gym.
This class will focus on the fundamentals of gymnastics tumbling and will progress through basic skill development (rolls, handstands, cartwheels, leaps, jumps, and pirouettes).
Gymnasts will also have the opportunity to practice skills on the balance beam and single bar.
The coach plans for the unique needs of students in each class (with assistance, substitutions & progressions), to accommodate a variety of ability levels.
No experience required!
A perfect fit for mature girls who want to learn new skills or improve existing ones.
Girls will soar to new heights and have a blast developing their strength & flexibility, working at their own pace to develop skills that suit their interests and abilities.

This is our second level preschool NINJA class. The aim of this class is to conquer elements of early childhood development (locomotor and gross motor skills, cognitive skills, social skills, and an introduction to structured learning). Li'l Ninjas will also start learning some tougher "ninja skills" like (safety rolls & falls, weight bearing exercises on their hands, basic bar hangs & climbs, obstacle courses & games)!
Seniors Can Move
