Classes Offered

Class Instructions:

Arrival:

     Please try to arrive 5 minutes early for class, so your child doesn't feel rushed.

     Have your child wait with you in the seating area until the coach calls them to the floor.

     Bring a full reusable water bottle for your child, and please make sure it is clearly labelled with their name.

Gymnasts are to wear:

  • leotard or fitted shorts & t-shirt (no baggy clothing, no clothing with zipper/buttons, & no skirts/tutu's)

  • bare feet

  • must have long hair tied back

  • NO jewelry (rings, necklaces, bracelets) *unless the child wears a medical alert*

Tumbling / Beam

crawling - 18 months

This class is designed to promote movement, socialization, and most of all FUN!

Kinder Gym

3.5 - 5 years

This class is designed for children ready to participate independently. The focus is on developing school readiness skills like turn-taking, listening & following directions while being introduced to basic gymnastics skills.

Birthday Party

1 - 17 years

Tumble Tot

18 months - 4 years

This class is geared toward channelling your child's energy in fun-filled ways with an entertaining mix of basic gymnastics, circuits, and games.

Acro Kids

6+ years

This class will focus on the fundamentals of gymnastics tumbling and will progress through basic skill development (rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, leaps, jumps, and pirouettes).

Gymnasts will also have the opportunity to practice skills on the balance beam and single bar. 

Practicing Gymnastics

Private Lesson

7 - 17 years

These classes will be focused on working toward a specific goal (skill-specific, flexibility, strength, etc).

Goals will be will athlete driven with coach and parent guidance.

The core focus will still be on the fundamentals of gymnastics tumbling and will progress through basic skill development.

Gymnastic Rehearsal

Children must be potty trained if their parents will not be present for the duration of their class.
