The Party Plan
Let us take on the hassle of planning games and activities for the kids!
Sample Schedule

15-minute welcome and instruction/safety brief

1-hour of gymnastics time with a trained coach (children will enjoy participating in various circuits and games

45-minute room use for cake, snacks and presents (you are welcome to bring any decorations, as well as, food and drinks)

Our parties start with a table activity (colouring/maze/word search) in the event room

Parties can be customized to fit any theme

Piñatas are welcome in our event room

Other activities can be facilitated by us at an additional cost, eg. crafts, science fun, or other party games (pin the __on the __, BINGO, musical chairs, and MORE).

Details
Pricing
The price is based on how many children are participating in the gymnastics activity. The number includes party guests and any siblings that will be participating on the equipment:
$250 +tax​​ up to 12 children
*An adult supervisor is required to stay for the duration of the event​
Full balance is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cartwheel Academy requires 2 weeks' notice if you wish to cancel and be provided with a full refund. If less than 2 weeks are provided, no refund will be provided, but we will do our best to rebook your party.
