Cancellation Policy
Party bookings can accommodate up to 12 children. An adult supervisor is required to stay for the duration of the event. Full balance is due at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy: Cartwheel Academy requires 2 weeks' notice if you wish to cancel and be provided with a full refund. If less than 2 weeks are provided, no refund will be provided, but we will do our best to rebook your party. Your booking is only final once payment is sent in full via cartwheelacademy7@gmail.com
